Let’s get Engaged! That was the mantra and programme name for the European Tour Operators Association (E.T.O.A.).
The initiative undertaken had 2 main objectives: 1) To provide the up and coming middle management team with the leadership skills to take the organisation forward, 2) to engage the whole team in building better cross-departmental co-operation.
